This is the Privacy Policy covering your use of the site of www.needsee.com. By using this Site, you agree to accept our Privacy Policy set forth below. All terms and conditions not defined in this statement have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms of Use Agreement which you agree to accept between you and Needsee.com.

The services that Needsee.com offers may require that we gather, use and distribute your member information which you submit by filling out a complete set of forms and formats; for example, your company name, company profile, homepage and contact information, and the products you are trading, etc. Therefore, Needsee.com does not guarantee that your information will be protected from exposure to any particular party. In fact the purpose of this e-commerce marketplace is to establish an open online trade exhibition that makes you and your company as well-known as possible at the internet. If you want to remove your company’s information from Needsee.com you may do so at any time. You may update your company’s information by logging in to your account and making those changes If you wish to do so.

1. The Information We Collect

1.1 Registration Information.
At the time you register to become a Registered User of the Site, you will be asked to complete a registration form which requires you to provide information such as your/your company name, address, phone and fax number, email address and other personal information as well as other information about your business (“Registration Information”). In the event that you decide to publish a product/service listing or if you choose to have your own Needsee site prefix (i.e. youcompany.Needsee.com) then much of your Registration Information will be published on our site and becomes "Publishing Information".

1.2 Publishing Information.
If you submit any information to Needsee.com to be published on the Site through the publishing tools, including but not limited to our Company Profile, Product/Service Listings, then you are deemed to have given consent to the publication of such information (“Publishing Information”). Once you have elected to publish this information then your Registration Information becomes Publishing Information except that we will never publish your username, password, email address or Payment Information).

1.3 Payment Information.
If you upgrade to become a premium Needsee member, we collect additional information, including your billing information, which may include credit card numbers and expiration dates (“Payment Information”) and tracking information from cheques or money orders. The security of your Payment Information is of vital importance to us. When you enter this information we encrypt it using Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL).

1.4 Statistical Information.
We have the right to gather all statistical information about our Site and Users, such as IP addresses, browser software, operating system, pages viewed, number of sessions and unique visitors, etc. (“Statistical Information”).

1.5 Registration Information, Publishing Information, Payment Information, Statistical Information and any information we collect from you through the use of cookies (see Section 6 below) or any other means shall collectively be referred to as “Collected Information”.

1.6 Registration Information, Publishing Information and Payment Information shall collectively be referred to as “Personal Identifying Information” because it may contain information that personally identifies you or your company.
